TONY'S STORY
Have you ever been lonely.
Have you ever felt lost.
Have you always felt like an outsider.
Have you ever felt like something is missing in your life.
I have and I have been there and it is not a nice place to be, but there is an answer.
About 3 years ago 2008 my eldest son Callum asked me to go and see him play in a band not just a band a CHURCH band, I was not sure what could the church or even God do for me, but after all it was my son, so of I went to my local Elim Pentecostal church in Yeovil, surprisingly I found them warm and friendly but I was still not sure. I was invited to go see a guest evangelist called Mark Greenwood who convinced me that God loved me. ( yes even me someone who thought the whole world was against him) all I had to do was to invite God into my life, when I did there were no bells whistle or vision of angels just the over whelming sense of peace and the feeling that someone other than my family loved me unconditionally and when I pray to him now I know he will understand and be there for me.
Being a Christian has changed my life completely new friends and a relationship with someone who does not judge me. If you feel the same as I did go along to your local church and speak to someone and ask God to come into your life it will change your life forever and trust me it will be the best day of your life.
